Can't get Schwab to download anything but cash balance .. no transactions appear

Having no luck whatsoever downloading my accounts from Schwab into Quicken. Read several help articles regarding this and none work. The only thing it will download is the cash balance in each Schwab account. No transactions appear. Have been able to get couple of accounts to add transactions but the math is way off.
Frustrating to say the least.
Best case ... someone answers this post with the solution. Worst/best case I won't have to renew Quicken to use it as I won't need online updating anymore. Simply becomes a checkbook.
