One of my bank accounts suddenly stopped downloading transactions

One of my bank accounts suddenly stopped downloading transactions - I have multiple accounts and one is bad. I tried resetting - no luck, I tried to deactivate - when I went to reactivated, Quicken doesn't see it at the bank - so nothing happens. It won't re-set up.

Over the years I have had multiple issues with Quicken and this bank. The bank always says it is Quicken's error. What can I do to fix this?????

    What bank, as shown in "Financial Institution" column at Tools, Account List?  And what type of account at that bank?
