Schwab One transactions not showing buy saying they were downloaded

Since November, I am unable to import transactions into a Schwab One Investment account and the related Checking account. This has worked for over 20 years until the recent change, and other Schwab IRA accounts work fine.
I have reported this to Quicken on more than one occasion. I sent files and called and talked to support and was told a fix would be made in January. Well, its April and the issue has not been resolved.
I have deactivated, activated downloads, etc as the posts here suggest and the issue remains. I thought I could just import a CSV but Quicken does not allow an import of transactions it seems.
Is there a solution/workaround to this specific problem that I am missing?
