Downloads not working for some financial instutions

Transactions for PenFed CU have stopped being downloaded. A discussion with PenFed told me that some changes were made and Intuit was notified. This was some time ago and it has not been fixed. I noticed that some users are having issues with other financial institutions. Some were reported back in December and the discussion says there is not ETA for the fix to be completed.
