TD Bank Downloads stopped working after Version R39.23 Build 22.214.171.124

Downloads were working fine until I upgraded to the latest software release for Windows 10 R39.23 Build 126.96.36.199 for Home, Business & Rental Property. Any suggestions as this software is so frustrating.
Forgot to mention issue is with TD Bank0
