I apologize about this problem with One Step Updates. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
In order to help you further, we will require some additional information. When did you first notice this problem? Are you seeing any error messages, and if so, what do they say? Also, is this problem affecting accounts associated with more than one financial institution, and if so, which ones?
