How Can I Setup Scheduled Updates and Transaction Downloads Without Password Prompt?

Is it possible for Quicken Deluxe (R39.23) to automatically download transactions WITHOUT prompting for a password either at EVERY Windows startup or prior to EVERY scheduled download?
