Schwab Journaled Shares

I am having problems with Quicken tracking share totals in my Schwab account. This past weekend I performed 3 transactions, journaling (transferring) shares between accounts, and this is yet to show up within the Quicken file. Cash transactions and sell/buy activities are current.
I have confirmed with Schwab that this data is provided, with my permission to Quicken.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? Is there a time delay?

Note; I went through the rather unpleasant Schwab changes last Nov/Dec, resetting accounts/connections, cloud etc. Don’t want to go down that path again, if you know what I mean. Spent hours linking accounts and reconciling since I have over 10 years of transaction history.
