PNC Bank - Web Connect

I have been having issues connecting to PNC Bank - Web Connect to set up online access. The error is CC-501.

    I'm having the same issue.

    Quicken says I've never downloaded transactions for my PNC account. I can't manually reconcile. It won't let me change the opening balance.
