TFSA account does not support MiscExp

Question

I recently setup a quicken TFSA account to track a TFSA which is managed by our investment manager. Unlike an RRSP or other investment account there is no Misc Expense action which I use to record management fees. It is also not possible to switch the account type (i.e.  to RRSP) where this action is available. 
 Any suggestions from the Canadian community?  
 Using Quicken Deluxe Canada edition Ver: R33.7

While you can not use Misc Expense from the Action box it can be entered by using the Enter Transactions box in the upper left.
