I am sorry to hear about this issue with transaction discrepancies between the desktop and web app. Thank you for bringing this problem before the Quicken Community for assistance and discussion.
Select the profile icon in the lower left corner of the screen (the first letter of your name should appear here). You should be able to find a list of your data files under Finances; the data file in use on the mobile app should have a 'checkmark' icon next to it. Make sure that the data file listed here matches the one you are using in the desktop app. You can check your desktop app by going to File > Show this file on my computer... in the upper menu at the top of the screen.
