Unable to connect to Connections Credit Union after website update

CCU (Connections Credit Union) recently updated their website. Ever since then, I've been unable to download transactions. I've tried resetting and deactivating the service.
Now when I try to set up One Step Update, I get an error (it's not your fault), and no path foward.
Please help!
