Wells Fargo accounts are duplicating trasnactions and using the wrong dates

Downloads from Wells Fargo are duplicating transactions and the dates are off by one day. I have done at least 5 restores with Quicken Tech Support since mid-December 2021. I even got an escalated tier call last week. I have disconnected and reconnected the accounts. My client has high transaction volume and entering all of it manually is out of the question. My conversation today with Tech Support ended with saying it is the fault of Wells Fargo. There is no way to get a live person through their 800 number. I tried a local office but they know absolutely nothing about customer support. My client wants to add me as a non-transactional user but can't get through to do that either.
How can I resolve this?
