2015 Quicken import to new Deluxe subscription

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Can I do this somehow from my QDF backups on my old laptop, or just how can I import to my new software? Note: my 2015 version has become unresponsive, but I can copy from File Explorer if I know where to go.
