I would like to opt-out of Quicken's marketing choices and it's privacy policy

How do I do it? I'm concerned about Quicken using my accounts and banking information and/or communicating it to any third parties. I also do not Quicken or anyone else communicating with me to market anything to me, by mail, phone email or otherwise.

In Quicken you can go to Edit > Preferences > Alerts & Messages > Receive messages from Quicken > check or uncheck the boxes of the types of messages you want to receive or do not want to receive from Quicken.Also, you might want to read https://www.quicken.com/privacy to get more information on Quicken's Privacy Policy.And you can also Opt Out of marketing information sharing at https://webservices.quicken.com/privacy.
