Can I get Quicken for Mac in the UK, without bank transactions?

I want to use Quicken for Mac in the UK, I don't need bank transactions, but I don't seem to be able to purchase it - it seems to need a US ZIP code to purchase. Any ideas?

    Just use the zip for the UK embassy in the US.
