Charles Schwab transfers not syncing using Quicken for Mac

My Schwab accounts still do no sync transactions (mainly transfers) when downloading transactions. Are there any steps that can be taken to fix this or do I need to keep manually deleting transactions each month?

When you find a downloaded transaction that should have matched a manually entered or scheduled transaction: drag one transaction of the pair onto the other transaction.

Doing this will train Quicken to recognize the pair as a match for future downloads.
