Anyone having issues connecting with PNC bank: "You have no account at PNC - Direct Connect to ac.."

I have been connecting my PNC Bank checking account to Quicken for Mac with out an issue using Direct Connect for months but since a few days ago I am getting the error "You have no account at PNC - Direct Connect to account".
I have tried to reconnect multiple times without success and I am getting the same error every time. Pretty frustrating.
Anymore can provide help?
