"Exceeded maximum number data sets"

How do I resolve this error message? When I enter new transactions they're mixed in with old transactions.

    What version ..... Help --> About Quicken
    You need to contact Quicken Support - for them to reset this internal counter...
    BTW - did this happen when doing a Quicken Restore, or adding Quicken Cloud for Quicien Web or Quicken Mobile App ?
