No Downloaded Transactions

    When I try and download my transactions, they are not coming through with the ones from my credit card. The other accounts are coming through. This started about 2 weeks ago. It says all of my accounts have been updated when I do the one step update, but the transactions are not coming through

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    We will need some additional information in order to better assist you.

    First, could you please provide the name of the financial institution you are experiencing this issue with? And which connection method are you using to connect (i.e.: Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?

    This is a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates. 

    Please note that while you may not be seeing the error codes reported in the Alert, it is 
    related as we are seeing internal server errors with USAA.
