Too many problems with Citibank downloads for weeks. Where's the urgency?

My last Citibank credit card account transaction update was April 12th.

This happens way too often and all the "reset connections", "change connection types","update log-ins", and waiting on "Customer Support" hold have had no effect.

And when it did, Quicken MERGED all my banking, personal checking and credit card accounts into one.....and still incomplete. Only choice then was "Restore from Backup"
