cancel the renewal - white page

Hi,
if I try to cancel the renewal, I have a white page and nothing happen.
On support your automatic reply is to ask the refund, I wrote in the refund (without asking the refund, but only the cancel) and your reply was no refund; I replied to your email ([Removed - Email]) with a movie of what happen, but no answer
Please cancel my renewal or correct your site for my page
