2 of my investments accounts say I have tasks to perform?

When I do an update 2 of my investments say I have tasks to perform. It says I have multiple transactions to accept from Jan 0, 1900. I have validated the data file, I have tried to find the transactions, etc. Can't get the message to stop coming up.
