Unable to link Brylane Home account on bills

I've tried several times to link this account to pay with quickens but I'd been unable to link it. Stated "Account is locked. Log in to your biller's website to check the status of this account. try again" and sign into Brylane Home website and I didn't have any problem signing in. Is there any problem linking this account with quickens? Thank You

    Hello @stanleycanales,

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Brylane Home biller.

    We are showing internally that you are connected to an invalid server. I advise removing this biller and re-adding it using the instance "BrylaneHome Credit Card" instead.

    Thank You for your prompt answer to my inquiry. I did as you suggested, and the biller was added now shows "bill added but the next due amount is not ready yet. Please try to update your bill later" I hope that is the correct way now. Thank You!
