Bug: Schwab: Transfers of positions between Schwab accounts do NOT get downloaded

This bug has been in existance for over two months: When I move positions between 2 Schwab accounts (e.g. Roth conversion), the associated transactions don't get downloaded. I have been manually entering the transactions. All other transactions get downloaded fine. Please get this tested and fixed.
