I have contacted Quicken Support 5 times about an issue regarding Union Bank connections. I have been dropped after an hour. I have talked to people in Guatemala three times. I have done everything they said. Finally, a support person upgraded my complaint to the programmers. Quicken support said they closed my issue without contacting me and without a fix. They want me to call again for the same issue. This is POOR support services.
