Quicken Failure - Need to Compensate Subscribers

The ongoing failure of Quicken to correct the month old problem related to to downloading USAA credit card transactions is ridiculous. [Edit-Rant].

    That, and Schwab issues, or the what, 4-5 month Capital One issue, or the multiple other issues. But, good luck with that. I chatted with Customer Service and they said if I wanted an extension/free months on the sub, I had to contact Technical Support (why I have no idea) and that it was highly unlikely that they'd do anything.
