Persistent Schwab problem

What do I have to do to get help. For over 6 months my Schwab accounts have been messed up. Now I am down to 1 problem, which I have posted about and contacted support about - Schwab Value Advantage does not show up on my portfolio.
Today I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with support; he escalated to supervisor who told me a Mac expert would call me at 8:30am. It is now 9:30. No call. I am about to cancel my account (which I have had for about 15 years).
