Why does Direct Connect with Quick not download ANY transactions?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Went from web connect to Direct connect because web connect did not work. Was on the phone with Quicken for a long time and guess what--it still does not work. I am on the latest version R40.21

In order to be of most assistance, we will need some additional information from you about what is happening. Which financial institution were you trying to add or link your accounts to? What, exactly, was happening when you tried to connect your accounts? Also, when did this issue begin.
