Unable to reconcile
When I click on the Reconcile option in the lower right corner of Quicken, I no longer get the option boxes to either "Use online balance" or "Use statement balance", and I'm thus unable to reconcile. This just started happening this month (May, 2022), as I've been successfully reconciling for years. I don't know whether this is a result of a recent upgrade or if I inadvertently changed a setting. Any suggestions? Note: I always reconcile manually (against a paper statement).
