Can't connect to PayPal

Can't connect to PayPal - after I allow new connection they requested and approved - still can't connect...

How Can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting the Community, I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with Paypal. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by going to Quicken > About Quicken. What is the connection method that you are using with Paypal? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What occurs when attempting to update your Paypal account(s) and download transactions? Do you receive any sort of error message or code?
