Asset Allocation - Rebalance portfolio link doesn't work

On the Asset Allocation page, there are two links that don't work. The Rebalance portfolio and Show Allocation Guide links don't work. The other links on the page work. I have build 27.1.40.21.

This may be due to an issue with Quicken's internal web browser, which is used to display these pages.

Try exiting Quicken then deleting or renaming the C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache folder, then restarting.

A clean Cache folder is created if it is missing at startup
