How do I change loan payment information displayed?

I manage four loans to others on Quicken. In two of them the transaction records show what I typed in the Memo field -- confirmation numbers. For the other two, filling in the confirmation numbers as I do for the other two, the text "Principal redux" displays in the Memo column. I want all to display the confirmation number. How do I manage this?
