Can not log in

Hello everyone, I have quicken quite fresh. First registered, paid and then downloaded the program. Then I had to change the language for non Unicode software to English. Unfortunately, I can not log in. Message: Invalid Credentials. I have changed the password several times now. Unfortunately, I get this error message all the time. Does anyone know why I can not log in?
