Ongoing issue with Quicken

Quicken not able to import Quicken file from US Bank or Citi Bank Visa. Quicken will lock up and have to reboot computer to get out of Quicken. This issue has been going on for the past 4 to 5 weeks. Time for Quicken to get it fixed.

Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.
