I'm having this same issue as of 5/21/2022.

I had the same issue, turns out you have to convert your accounts within Quicken to download from the new website Stifel - SWT. I just reached out to Stifel Wealth Tracker support at 866-697-8433 and they were able to assist in converting my accounts.
