Capital One - Quicken for Windows

I still have not been able to link my Capital One though I see this ongoing issue was marked resolved. I have the most updated version of Quicken. I had previously removed the online link, so today (like many other past attempts) I tried to link it again. Quicken sends me to the CO login in site where it says it successfully authorizes it and "you will be returned to Quicken". Nothing happens then I get the time out notification. Is this still an ongoing issue or are there steps I can take to resolve it?

    For anyone having this problem I finally solved it. I went to add accounts and went through the process that way and linked the account to my existing account. It synced and now appears to be working again.
