I do apologize about this issue with the invalid password message you are receiving. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
First, have you typed your password into a blank notepad document to confirm what characters are being entered? Next, is this message appearing when you are trying to download transactions via One Step Update? Lastly, are you noticing an Error 15500 or Error 2000 code when this message appears? I will need some additional information in order to continue with troubleshooting advice.
