Bills & Income

I have been using Quicken for Mac for many years and I am sure that this is going to have an easy answer. I have created many "Payees" in my "Bills & Income" but I never had to cancel any of them. How can I get rid of activities from one of my accounts since I won't be using that "Payee" for a year or two. Thanks in advance...
