PNC Direct Connect still not working

I am absolutely flabbergasted that I am still having issues with PNC Direct Connect. This has been going on for months and all we get are comments that it is being worked on with no ETA. This is unacceptable. What are we supposed to do go back to mailing in checks for payment??? [Edit-Disruptive]
I would very much like a resolution to this issue and quickly!!!!

    If you having issues using the Direct Connect connection method with online bill payment with PNC Bank - Direct Connect, I suggest you contacted PNC Bank.

    I have and they say the problem is with Quicken

    Let's confirm you have the online bill payment service set up correctly.  Please provide a screen capture of the Online Services tab on the payment account's Account Details window: open the account register, press Ctrl + Shift + E, and select the Online Services tab

    If the service is set up correctly, the next thing I'd like to know is what specifically is not working.
