Citibank and CC-502 error

After two successful days doing Citibank one step update in a row, on the third day Citi failed multiple times with the dreaded CC-502. Disapointed and discouraged, I will no longer provide success updates unless or until I get a complete week of successful downloads in a row... or I die. Whichever comes first.
