Maximum Number Of Datasets Reached

I know I've read this before, and @Quicken Sarah has replied to this several times. Support is refusing to allow me to add a manual account to my datafile because my "Subscription is expired". The error I get regarding "Maximum Number of Datasets Reached" should not be preventing me from using my datafile offline such as adding a manual account, but Support refuses to fix the problem unless I pay more money to renew my subscription. This must be a bad joke that this is how the Reps are trained to get people to renew? Or is this something they are required to fix as part of their Data Guarantee?
