    I am sorry to hear about this frustrating problem with credentials and online banking services. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

    In order to be of assistance, we will require some additional information from you. Are you receiving any error messages when you attempt to login with your standard credentials? Are you entering your credentials into a notepad or other document to confirm that they are correct? Also, are you trying to import transactions via QFX file, or are you attempting to download transactions automatically through One Step Updates?
