Valid Membership but getting the expired banner
LoraLei
I am having the same problem with a valid membership and the expiry banner. Why is this continue to happen?
It is May 30/22 and my membership does not expire until Jan/23.
For a software product that has been on the market for so many years why can they not fix this problem? Every year I renew I have a problem and have to call support. Time to look for something else once this membership expires.
I have reinstalled the software and it did not fix the problem. There offices are closed and no help is available.
Any other ideas how I can get access to all the features?
