Within the last 30 days, merchant names and locations stopped appearing. The text "Debit Card Purchase" or "Cash Withdrawal" or "Deposit" appears along with dates and times. The data DOES appear on Citi's online banking website.

Hello @Marco_Polo_in_FL,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, although I apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the CitiBank account(s) to see if it produces the same error with the information of downloaded transactions. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.- Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.

Hello Jasmine,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I was about to follow your instructions a few minutes ago but just for the heck of it, I thought I would first attempt to update the transactions one more time on the off chance the problem may have gone away.
Guess what? It did go away - as suddenly as it appeared. I wish I understood why - do you have any idea?
Anyway, thank you so much for responding.
Sincerely,

Hello @Marco_Polo_in_FL,
Thank you for returning back to this thread to update me further on the situation.
I am happy to hear that the issue has resolved itself! Unfortunately, there is no way to know what caused this issue to occur without doing some troubleshooting steps (such as the test file) and looking at your logs while the issue was occurring.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns!
