Can't delete transaction

I have a bill, transaction in checking register. Which I can't delete, edit, cut, move, void or reconcile. Using latest quicken update for windows.

    I suspect you may be looking at a scheduled transaction (aka a reminder) displayed in the register.  If so, you may choose to exclude reminders from the register by pressing Ctrl + Alt + N and choosing Reminders to show in register > Don't show reminders

    That does nothing, no list of reminders. The check register enter is a scheduled transaction that I no longer use.
    The transaction has a payment amount, which is throwing of the balance.

    If you have a Scheduled Reminder Transaction that you no longer use, just ignoring it or pushing it ahead to future dates doesn't really resolve the issue.
    You should delete this Scheduled Reminder.
    Go into Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders.
    Locate the reminder and click to select it (highlight it).
    Click on Delete in the Menu Bar at the top of the window.

    Doesn't work, still get, can't delete message. there are "Done" several bill reminders zero balance that also can not be deleted.

    If you haven't done so already, please try the following actions:

    Validate and Supervalidate instructions

    First save a backup file prior to performing these steps

    Validate: 

    1. File
    2. Validate and Repair File...
    3. Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

    Super Validate:

    1. File
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Supervalidate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
