Apple keyboard number pad not working with QWin

I recently bought an Apple magic keyboard with a numbers pad on the right side. I cannot get the numbers to work with my Quicken for Windows operating on a partitioned drive Macbook pro. They seem to work normally with all other programs on both sides of the partition. Any suggestions on how I might resolve this issue?

    Does the keyboard have a NumLock key?
    If so, try toggling it. Windows needs to recognize the NumLock function as toggled "on".
    Some external keyboards for Windows have a control light to indicate if the function is on or off.
