Quicken being locked out from banks and credit card companies

This is my second time in four months experiencing Quicken getting 502 errors when down using quicken down load. First is was PENFED credit union now its CITI bank.

No resolution. Yet Quicken customers are not receiving the services paid for.

A real same.

Does anyone recommend another company?
