What is this mystery alert?

I see a new 2-day old alert from Bank of America. I have no idea what it means. I don't believe I got a notification from the bank and I don't observe that anything has actually changed. Anyone know what this means?

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
