Schwab account and Schwab Value Advantage Fund investment

I have two Schwab accounts that have investment in Schwab Value Advantage. One is updating accurately, one is not. The strange thing is that the account that has the error was working correctly for a while and then dropped the investment and the transactions on its own.
I have reset the account several times and nothing works. PLEASE help. I have escalated support up to supervisor level on this same issue and was told you were still working on it. Then it was fixed and then it was broken again!

There have been nothing but problems for the last 8 months.
